Whole Wheat Cheese Pizza. Topping not included.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups All Purpose flour
2 tbs Olive Oil
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1 cup water
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup Pizza sauce

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza

  1. Mix yeast with 1/4 cup warm water and dissolve.

  2. Add rest of water, 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup all purpose flour, Olive oil, salt.

  3. Mix well until ball of dough forms, adding more flour to control stickiness.

  4. Knead for 8 minutes.

  5. Let stand under a towel for 10 minutes.

  6. Divide equally and spread on pan.

  7. Add sauce and cheese and topping of choice.

  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
