Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pizza

3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 ounces yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pizza

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Add oil and water and stir until dough forms. Knead dough until elastic and smooth. Spread dough on pizza pan. Cover with tomato sauce, cheese, and tomato slices.

  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until dough lightly browned on edges.
