1 cup hot water,add one pack(1 TBLS) yeast and 1 tsp honey. cover bowl until foamy(about 5-8 minutes) Add oil (and 1tsp salt if desired). Mix then add 1/2 cup white all purpose and 1 cup whole wheat flours;Beat well 100 strokes.Add 1 cup more ww flour in increments. Knead and add flour as needed. Let rise covered in warm place about 20-30 minutes. Place on pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.and stretch to fit. Add 7 oz sauce. add toppings if desired. Bake 15 minutes in 450 degree oven add 84 grams cheese, return to oven until cheese melted.
