Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

  1. Place all ingredients in breadmaker. Select dough setting.

  2. When dough is done, remove from pan and place on lightly floured surface.

  3. Divide dough in half.

  4. Roll out into pizza sized circles.

  5. Place on pizza stones and prick dough with a fork

  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 400.

  7. Remove from oven and top with favorite pizza toppings.

  8. Return to oven for 15-20 minutes or until crust is brown.
