Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

2.5 tsp Yeast
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 cup White Flour, Unbleached

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

  1. Place all ingredients in your bread machine and start "dough" program.... or follow instruction below....

  2. mix water, oil, sugar, yeast into lightly oiled mixing bowl

  3. add flours and mix until all ingredients are blended

  4. kneed by hand for 3-5 minutes

  5. cover and let rise for 30 minutes

  8. Preheat oven to 400

  9. divide dough into half and roll out to cover pizza pan.

  10. lightly spray or brush with olive oil

  11. cook for 10-12 minutes
