Mix 1 cup of WARM water with the yeast and honey until combined. Let sit for 5-10 min until foamy at the top to bloom the yeast. In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients, flour, salt, herbs. If you have a stand mixer, add in the yeast honey water mixture and you must use the dough hook. Now add the mixture 1/3 at a time until the dry ingredients are well combined and form a ball. Now on a flat surface start to knead the dough for about 10 minutes to get some air in there. When your done grease a bowl with olive oil or the spray stuff. Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours or doubled in size. Then knead the dough once more for about 1 min to get back to normal. If you are going to use the dough right away let it rest for 10-15 minutes then roll out as desired. But if not you can tightly wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge. When the dough i all rolled out top it with your favorite healthy toppings and enjoy and feel good about yourself!
