Pizza dough - enough for 2 pizzas(using stand mixer)

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

4 tsp Yeast
16 oz Water
1 tsp Salt, Table
4 1tsp Olive Oil
3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
3 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

  1. In warmed mixer bowl - dissolve yeast in warm water.

  2. Add salt, oil, and flour. Mix using dough hook at speed 2, until dough starts to clean sides of bowl. Knead on speed 2 for about 2 minutes longer.

  3. Place dough in lightly greased bowl, turning to grease top. Let rise in a warm place - til doubled in size(approx. 1 hour)

  4. Divide dough and press in to pizza pan. Repeat with second half.

  5. Add sauce and toppings.

  6. Bake at 450 F for 20 minutes.
