Whole wheat pizza/calzone dough recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

2 c whole wheat flour
1 tbls sugar
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 c olive oil
1 c water
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Put yeast in warm water, add sugar. Mix flour and salt. Add oil to water, mix than add to dry ingredients. Mix until dough sticks together but is not sticky. Allow to rise in a covered bowl (use a towel) for 1 hour.
