Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pizza dough

1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 oz Yeast
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.67 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pizza dough

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Add 1 cup of flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl add water and oil. Mix until well blended; about 1 minute

  3. Add gradually enough remaining flour until soft dough ball is formed. Dough will be slightly sticky

  4. Knead on floured surface adding addtional flour if need, until smooth and elastic about 4 mins. With floured hands pat dough out to fill greased pizza pan

  5. Top as desired bake for 12-15mins
