Whole wheat pizza crust/tortillas

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pizza crust/tortillas

1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup flour
1 t. honey
3/4 cup warm water
1 T. active dry yeast
3/4 t. salt
1 t. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pizza crust/tortillas

Dissolve water, honey and yeast together in bowl. Let rest 20 min. to proof. Add to flour and salt mixture and combine well. Knead 2-3 minutes. Let rest in a lightly oiled bowl for an hour. Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll out gently. Use as pizza crust or cook on hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side for tortilla.
