healthy version of pizza crust (2 crusts)

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pizza crust

1 tbs sugar
1 1/2 c warm water
1 tbs dry yeast
1 tbs olive oil
2 tsp salt
3 1/2 c whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pizza crust

  1. disolve sugar in warm water

  2. sprinkle yeast on top, leave 10 minutes

  3. stir in oil and salt

  4. mix in flour and knead 10 minutes

  5. place in greased bowl, let rise 1 hr (covered)

  6. form into tight ball, let rise another 45 minutes
