Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat Pizza Crust

2.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.25 oz Yeast
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat Pizza Crust

  1. mix a little sugar or honey into the warm water and add yeast.

  2. Leave for ten minutes and pour into a large bowl.

  3. Mix flour salt and olive oil into the bowl and knead for 6-10 minutes.

  4. Cover and let rest for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Lightly grease two twelve inch pans and place the dough (divided in two) on each pan.

  6. Add desired topping and bake at 425 F for 10-20 minutes
