Recipe makes 2 large pizzas or several individual pizzas.

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pizza crust

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 dash Salt, Table
0.5 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
6 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2/3 cup Rogers Bread Flour "White Bread Flour"
1 oz Yeast
4 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pizza crust

  1. Put ingredients in bread maker.

  2. Use dough cycle-takes 1.5hrs in my machine.

  3. On parchment, roll out dough.

  4. Place on preheated pizza stones.

  5. Top and bake at 425 for 10 mins.
