Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

1 tbsp dry yeast
1 cup water
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

  1. Sprinkle yeast on warm water. Add sugar. Let proof for five minutes.

  2. Add olive oil and mustard.

  3. Gradually add flour until stiff dough forms.

  4. Knead until smooth and elastic.

  5. Makes two crusts if thin or one very thick crust.
