Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pizza crust

1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbs. yeast
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 cups whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pizza crust

  1. Mix honey, yeast, and warm water until blended and foamy. Add remaining ingredients and knead until well blended and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled.

  2. Shape, bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove, add toppings, and cook at 425 degrees for 10 -15 more minutes.
