Very hearty whole wheat crust, maybe add a little salt.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pizza crust

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 oz yeast
1 cup water
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pizza crust

Add yeast (about 3/4 packet, 5 grams, .25 oz) to 1 cup of very warm water and honey. Let sit for 10 minutes. Add flour, knead until mixed, then cover and let rise in greased bowl for about 45 minutes.
