Yummy crust for a deep dish pizza - makes enough for 8 really

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza crust

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 oz yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza crust

  1. Pre heat oven to 450 degrees .Add the yeast to the warm water and disolve. Mix all ingredients together. Knead for 4-5 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes

  2. Roll out and place on a pizza pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray (this will make enough for two pizza pans)

  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes
