Whole wheat dough for pizzas made in a bread machine.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pizza crust

1 cup water
2 tbl Oil
1 tbl sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tsp active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pizza crust

Mix the dough in a bread machine. Once mixing is complete, place dough on a lightly floured surface. Shape the dough and generously prick with a fork. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of the crust begin to turn a light golden brown. Remove, add toppings, and return to oven to bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes
