Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pizza crust with milk

4 cups whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 oz dry active yeast
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pizza crust with milk

  1. combine dry ingredients

  2. mix in wet ingredients with paddle in mixer until combined and crumbly

  3. Change to dough hook and mix at 2 for 15 minutes

  4. fold dough under into round mound and cover with towel

  5. place in unheated oven with light on and leave for several hours

  6. punch dough down after 2-3 hours

  7. let rise again then spread dough on pans

  8. Should make 2 16 inch pizzas
