Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pizza Crust - Breadmaker

1 3/4 cups warm water
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cups whole wheat flour, sifted
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pizza Crust - Breadmaker

  1. Add ingredients in this order: liquids, dry, yeast.

  2. Program machine for 'dough' (about 1:30).

  3. When done, knead on floured surface for ~1 minute. Let rest 15 minutes.

  4. Cut dough into fourths and roll to fit pizza pan. Let rise 20-25 minutes in warm place.

  5. Cover with toppings (not included in calorie count) and bake 20-25 minutes at 375. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
