My own homemade version of Jack in the Box's Chicken Fajita Pita.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pita with Chicken

1/2 (29.4g) Whole Wheat Pita
1/2 cups Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Chopped
1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 tbsp Salsa
1/2 tbsp Hummus
1 leaf Romaine Lettuce

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pita with Chicken

  1. Chop chicken into chunks or strips and season with whichever spices you like

  2. Spread hummus on one side of pita bread

  3. Stuff with lettuce and chicken, add cheese on top

  4. Top with salsa
