Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pie crusts

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups plain flour
2 sticks butter
8 tbsp cold water

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pie crusts

  1. add both flours to blender to mix

  2. slowly add butter,till it looks like course meal

  3. add water, 1 tbsp at a time till doughy

  4. take out and knead on a lightly floured surface, 4-5 times

  5. divide into 5 equal parts and roll into 7" circles

  6. chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes
