Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pesto Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

16 peeled shrimp Wild Raw Zipperback Shrimp
4 Serving Chicken
0.5 cup Kirkland, Pesto Fresh Basil
14 ounces Organic Whole Wheat Penne
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 medium Yellow Onions
1 cup Asparagus
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.13 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
0.5 cup Cheese Mozzarella Shredded Part Skim
2 tsp Parmesan Original

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pesto Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

  1. Slice up chicken breast and saute in pan with spices.

  2. Slice up onion and bell pepper.

  3. Chop asparagus in half and add to a seperate saute pan with all other vegetables. Cook on low/medium.

  4. While Chicken and veggies are cooking get water to boiling in large pot. Once water is boiling place box of pasta and cook according to package.

  5. While Pasta cooks place shrimp in with the vegetables sauteing and cook till red. Turn off heat and set aside.

  6. Once chicken is cooked through and browned take off heat and set aside.

  7. Drain pasta and place back into pot (no heat) add chicken veggies and shrimp. Stir in Pesto, mozzarella and parmesan. Serve hot and enjoy!
