Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat Penne Rosa with Shrimp

12 oz dry Whole Wheat Penne
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
8 oz Mushrooms
2 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
4 cups Baby Spinach
8 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
0.5 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
0.33 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat Penne Rosa with Shrimp

  1. Boil Penne

  2. puree canned tomatoes

  3. Saute garlic with olive oil and crushed red pepper

  4. add mushrooms tomatoes salt and pepper

  5. add shrimp cook

  6. remove from heat add spinach and let it wilt

  7. place on low heat add in penne yogurt and pureed tomatoes

  8. stir and mix

  9. serve
