I found this recipe on-line, and made just a couple of minor changes. It's not the healthiest, but my husband and I love them!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pear Carrot Muffins

2 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated pears
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pear Carrot Muffins

Beat together eggs, sugar and oil; add pear and carrot. combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and salt; mix well. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes of until wooden pick comes out clean.
