Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pastry Crust (low fat)

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
5 tbsp cold water
2 tbsp smart balance oil

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pastry Crust (low fat)

Combine all ingredients and smooth into the bottom of a 9" pie pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Prick with a fork and bake on 375 for 15-20 minutes until done.
