Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pasta Tuna Salad

1 1/2 lb. pasta, whole wheat
2/3 cup mayonnaise, light
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic
3 bell peppers
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
12 oz. tuna, light, canned in water
1/4 cup vinegar, red wine
1 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pasta Tuna Salad

Cook pasta with cider vinegar in the water to flavor pasta. Drain, combine with other ingredients, chill to serve.
