Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pasta and Summer Vegetable Sauce

448 grams Whole Wheat Penne Rigate
1 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
14 oz Select Great Northern Beans
7 tbsp Vegetable Oil
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
0.5 tsp Italian Seasoning
7 tsp Minced Garlic
3 cup Tomato Sauce

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pasta and Summer Vegetable Sauce

Saute garlic, spices, beans, zucchini and tomatoes in oil. When zucchini is tender, add canned sauce and simmer on low heat. Cook pasta as directed, drain and set aside. Once pasta is done and sauce is throroughly heated combine and serve.
