This dish is reminiscent of Chinese sesame noodles, but a lot leaner. I can be served hot or cold.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pasta Salad with Broccoli and Peanut Sauce

5 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 serving Rice Vinegar
1 oz Water
23 grams Soy Sauce
1 lime yields Lime Juice
2 clove Garlic
0.13 tsp Cayenne
4 cup, chopped Broccoli
8 oz Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pasta Salad with Broccoli and Peanut Sauce

  1. Mix everything (except pasta and broccoli) in a small bowl.

  2. Steam the broccoli for about 2 minutes.

  3. Cook the pasta following package instructions.

  4. Combine the broccoli and cooked pasta, pour the peanut sauce over the mixture, and toss.

  5. Serve hot or cold, as you like it.
