Finely chopped veggies tossed with whole wheat pasta and drizzled with a combo of EVOL and hot pepper oil and topped with shredded parmesan cheese. YUM!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pasta & Fresh Veggies

3 oz dry Whole Wheat Spagetti
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 serving Medium Pitted Black Olives
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.3 tbsp 5-Pepper Hot Pepper Oil
1 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pasta & Fresh Veggies

Cook pasta to your liking. Drain well, return to pan, add oils and all other ingredients that have been minced. Pour into a heated bowl (I drain the pasta over the serving bowl, and let the pasta water heat it) and top with parm.
