Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pasta Bake

231 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
30 grams Garlic
321 grams Onions
123 grams Cabbage
185 grams Spinach
4 oz dry Whole Wheat Penne
1/2 cup Better'n Eggs
3 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
2 serving Cottage Cheese Fat Free
15 grams Wheat Bran

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pasta Bake

  1. Boil Pasta Firm and Remove

  2. Chop and saute veggies

  3. Shred Spinach and set aside

  4. Add Spinach at end of saute to wilt

  5. Mix all together in bowl except egg beaters

  6. Let cool and then add egg beaters

  7. Stir together

  8. Bake covered

  9. Broil for a bit uncovered
