Whole wheat pasta with asparagus and tomato

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pasta with asparagus and tomato

2 cups asparagus, steamed, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup feta cheese, chopped
1 artichoke heart, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil
560 g spaghetti, whole wheat

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pasta with asparagus and tomato

  1. Use a pot with a steamer.

  2. Boil water for pasta, add chopped asparagus to the boiler on top. Cover.

  3. In a bowl mix tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and set aside.

  4. While pasta and asparagus are cooking, chop basil, and feta.

  5. Once pasta is cooked, drain it and put back into the pot. Add aparaus, feta, tomatoes and basil. Mix together and serve.
