I suggest using 3 tsp baking powder instead of 4.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pancakes

1.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 serving Pure Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pancakes

  1. Whisk the egg and egg white in a bowl until light and fluffy.

  2. Stir in all other ingredients. Feel free to add fruit or nuts. Cook for 1-2 min on each side in a skillet on Medium heat.
