Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 cups Pancake & Waffle Mix
2 tbsp Flax seed meal
2 cups Soymilk Light Vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 packets Sugar Free Instant Oatmeal Maple and Brown Sugar

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

Combine ingredients. Cook on hot griddle on both sides until golden brown. Add-ins:1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries. 1 medium mashed sweet potato. 1/2 cup applesauce
