Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

3/4 cup Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Mix the ingredients together.

  2. Let stand 5 minutes.

  3. Heat griddle until a drop of water sizzles and evaporates immediately.

  4. Spray surface of griddle with nonstick spray and pour batter on griddle.

  5. Cook until bubbles appear in the center and the edges have started to dry (about 3 minutes).

  6. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown (about 2 minutes).
