Made from Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat pancake mix or similar. Approximately 120 calories per 1/4 cup dry mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 cup
1 egg
1 cup original soy milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Thaw blueberries.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Drop slightly less than 1/4 cup mix onto greased skillet.

  4. Flip when edges get brown and begin to bubble.

  5. Makes approximately 8-10 pancakes.
