Heart healthy pancakes from scratch. Can use white flour for less healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pancakes

1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 large Egg, White
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pancakes

Separate egg white and beat until stiff. Mix all together and then add egg whites by hand. Pour on griddle in 3-4" circles. Flip over after browned. Can add blueberries, chocolate chips, sprinkles for kids.
