Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pancakes

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp organic sugar
3/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/4 cup mashed Bananas
1 cup Milk, Nonfat
3 tbsp Lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pancakes

  1. Add lemon juice to milk set aside

  2. Mix dry ingredients together.

  3. Add mashed banana, applesauce and milk mixture. Using appox 1/3 cup for each pancake cook over med heat
