Low-fat, homemade whole wheat pancakes, the only ones my husband will eat.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour, freshly ground
1 cup non-fat milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

Measure dry ingredients together into an 8 cup measuring pitcher. Add oil, egg, and milk. Mix, and pour onto a hot griddle. Turn and bake other side.
