This recipie is doubled, so you get 3 pancakes per serving, and 10 servings. I use a 1/4 cup per pancake and it comes out great.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

3 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons sugar
6 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Mix Dries

  2. Mix Wets

  3. Mix Together until just about smooth

  4. Drop by 1/4 cupfulls onto hot griddle
