Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 tbsp sugar
1 large egg
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup whole milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp table salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

Mix all ingredients in mixer. pour 1/2 cup portions onto greased, heated frying pan and leave until bubbles appear on surface of pancakes. Flip and cook about 1 more minute, until cooked through. Repeat until all batter has been used.
