Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs honey
1 1/2 tbs oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs flax seed meal
2 tbs oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.

  2. Makes approx. 10 medium pancakes.
