Whole Wheat Pancakes Recipe

This is a double recipe of the Classic Pancake Recipe I already have on here. It also uses more whole wheat flour (I still use a little AP or bread flour). I made larger pancakes today, so really it probably would make more like 10-12 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

4 eggs, well beaten
4 T oil
1 c 1% milk
1 c flour, whole wheat
1/2 c flour, all purpose
4 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t sugar

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

Beat together eggs, milk & oil. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into egg mixture until all ingredients are well blended. Cook on hot greased griddle. Serve with choice of toppings.
