Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat pancakes

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat pancakes

  1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. I another bowl combine egg, milk and cooking oil. Add to flour mixture all at once, stir until just blended but still lumpy.

  2. On slightly greased pan, over medium heat cook pancakes.
