Hearty pancake without eggs or fats

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1 T maple syrup
1 T vinegar

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat Pancakes

Stir flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together in mixing bowl. All soymilk, maple syrup, and vinegar and stir just enough to remove lumps. Preheat lightly oiled or nonstick griddle. Pour small amounts of batter onto the heated surface and cook until the tops bubble. Turn with spatula and cook the second side until golden brown.
