Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbs. baking powder
4 tbs. Splenda
4 tbs. Unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Pancakes

Mix all ingredients and cook on a non-stick griddle at medium-high to high heat. Batter will make 12 medium-sized pancakes.
