Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pancakes

1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
150 g (1 1/4 c.) whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pancakes

  1. in a measuring cup add in the milk and vinegar and stir. set aside.

  2. sift together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt 2-3 times .

  3. combine the eggs vegetable oil, and sour milk, and vanilla and dump into flour mixture.

  4. stir until just combined.

  5. spray nonstick pan with cooking spray.

  6. cook on med heat until lightly brown on each side and cooked through.
