Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pancakes

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup strawberries
1 medium banana
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg white
4 ounces applesauce
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pancakes

  1. comine all dry ingredients

  2. combine all wet ingredients

  3. mix the dry and the wet together

  4. fold in the strawberries

  5. pour 1/4 cup batter and pan fry

  6. chop the banana and garnish on top
