Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pancakes

3/4 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp butter - melted

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pancakes

  1. mix dry inredients together in med bowl

  2. in small bowl, mix wet ingredients

  3. add wet to dry, stir to moisten and ladle onto hot frying surface
