Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat pancakes

1 large egg
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. skim milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for whole wheat pancakes

  1. whip egg

  2. add the rest of the ingredients

  3. stir until smooth

  4. pour less than 1/4 cup onto hot griddle

  5. when sides are fluffy, flip and cook other side
